From 21 to 25 October, ASPI USA and ORF America assembled a Task Force of twelve emerging China experts from the four Quad countries to imagine scenarios for China’s strategic environment and trajectory by 2030.

The scholars explored contemporary debates in China policy across Australia, India, Japan, and the United States, examined the future of Chinese power through structured exercises, co-wrote a joint report, and presented their findings to US policymakers.
